Who Shot Their Father? ; Discussion of Documentary to Explore the Unsolved Case of an Israeli Attache's Death

"I remember everything," said Yael Alon-Rosenschein, Alon's daughter, who was 14 at the time. "It was very, very emotional. It still is."

The ongoing mystery surrounding the death of Alon, one of the few foreign diplomats slain on American soil, is explored in the Israeli documentary "Who Shot My Father? The Story of Joe Alon," which made its American debut Tuesday night as part of the Washington Jewish Film Festival. On Wednesday, "Who Shot My Father?" will be discussed with its director and Alon's two daughters at a luncheon hosted by the Goethe-Institut.
