Metropolitan Police yesterday arrested a third suspect and identified a fourth in the triple homicide in the spring at Colonel Brooks' Tavern in Brookland.
Joel Smith, 21, of the 1800 block of Kendell Street NE, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. yesterday and charged with felony murder while armed in connection with the April 6 slayings, police said.See the full content of this document
