Gov. Martin O'Malley met with Maryland's congressional delegation Friday to discuss state projects that would boost the economy and be ready to move if the stimulus package that is expected to pass in January is sent to the states to revive slowed economies. Benjamin L. Cardin, Maryland Democrat.
