Scouting Service Says 49ers, Cards Had Best Drafts

Drafts are best graded a couple of years down the road when players have shown what they can do in the NFL. However, when it comes to filling needs, one scouting service provided some food for thought.

NextLevel Scouting Inc. said Kansas City and San Francisco filled all seven of their needs in the April 24-25 draft while Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay were 6-for-6. At the other end of the scale, Denver and the New York Giants, neither of whom had a first-round pick, were just 3-for-6 and 2-for-6, respectively.
