An armed special police officer for the company that protects city government buildings and public schools has been charged with using his service weapon to rob two persons in Georgetown last weekend.
Xavier Brooks, 34, who works for D.C.-based Hawk One Security Inc., and his uncle Antwane Brooks, 33, robbed two persons Saturday in the 2800 block of Dumbarton Street NW, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.See the full content of this document
