Summary
Truth be known, we really weren't in Harpers Ferry, but it was the nearest town. Just a brief distance from the Potomac shore, Dan Hodkinson and I waded the shallows, casting short-lipped jerkbaits and crankbaits in hopes of hooking a walleye or two.
