It is preposterous to claim that Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is engaging in presidential politics with the reauthorization of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act (CARE) ("Hillary's HIV/AIDS mistake," Editorial, Thursday).
In her tenure, she has authored and sponsored proposals that would improve the lives of people with HIV/AIDS throughout the United States, such as providing early access to Medicaid and fully funding the CARE Act.
