Adrian M. Fenty spent his first day as the District's mayor- elect outlining an aggressive transition plan, but he declined to reveal the fates of several key members of the current administration.
"We've committed to a very general principle during the entire campaign, and that was that we were going to be extremely aggressive and forward-thinking about transitioning and about bringing new ideas and new people into the District of Columbia government," Mr. Fenty said.
